Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will not be possible. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team with your order details as soon as possible.
Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.
To initiate a refund or replacement request, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. You will be required to share clear images or videos of the product along with your order details for verification purposes. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process the refund or arrange for a replacement.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment used during the purchase. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may be asked to provide bank details for the refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in cases where the product has been used, tampered with, or stored improperly after delivery. Minor variations in taste, texture, or color are natural in handmade products and do not qualify for refunds.
